Dr. King has been involved in teaching communication basics for over twenty years. In this lecture he dwelt upon how we need to keep our sentences short & simple. He also pointed out with sufficient examples the use of Anticipators & Modifiers to make complex sentences. He also emphasized that we need to know that person well to whom we are communicating to. Mr. King also suggested the order of communication of good news & bad news with suitable illustrations of clinician & patient in a dental unit set-up and also how it changes in other scenarios.
