Introduction to the Installation Ceremony was given by Emcee Rtr.Rakshna. Program commenced with Thamizh thaai vazhthu . The welcome address was given by Dr.Kumara Raja - Student co-ordinator. Introduction of Vice Principal Dr.S.Balagopal by MC and Vice Principal Dr.S.Balagopal addressed the gathering.
The outgoing Vice President, Rtr.Rakshna shared her experience of the Rotary year 2021- 2022. The Secretarial report was given by outgoing secretary Rtr.Harris. Collaring of Rtr.Harris by Rtn.Nagendra Babu, acceptance speech and Oath taking by the President Rtr.Harris and handing over the Charter to the Secretary Rtr.Hemavathy by the outgoing Secretary Rtr.Harris

Introduction of Chief Guest Rtn.Sesha Sai was given by MC followed by Speech by Rtn.Sesha Sai and felicitation of Rtn.Sesha Sai was done. Vote of thanks for the installation was given by the Secretary Rtr.Hemavathy and the meeting was adjourned by the President Rtr.Harris
