On account of National Periodontist day 23.02.2023 , We Department of Periodontics, Tagore Dental College & Hospital celebrated National Periodontist day from 23.02.2023 -25.02.2023
The first team consisted of Ajai Kumar,Iranjith Guru and Anitha .The team went to kayaru village on 23.02.2023 and venbedu village on 24.02.2023. The public were addressed and an awareness talk regarding oral health and its relationship with the general health was given by CRRIs which was followed by pamphlets distribution.
On 25.02.2023 Oral Hygiene Awareness Skit was performed .The second team consisted of CRRIs Batty Sharan , Bhuvana, Deva Dharshini, Devika S Nair, Divya Dharshini, Durga who enacted a skit in the reception of Tagore Dental College for around 25 patients.The skit was about oral health and its association with the general health.
