REGENESIS 2017, conducted on 18–12– 2017 in association with Department of oral pathology. There were 82 participants including post graduate and undergraduate students and staff, from the dental colleges in and around Chennai city. There were four speakers. The aim was to orient and educate dental professionals about Stem cells, its regeneration capacity & its use in dentistry. The guest speakers and topics are DR. Sankarnarayanan Seshadri on Tissue engineering and cell based therapy in dentistry, DR. M. Aravind on Overview of stem cell in dentistry’, DR. M.Chandramohan on Surgeon’s perspective on regenerative dentistry and DR. J. Selvakumar on Treatment for peri-implantitis through stem cell.
