QUALITY POLICY

The Management and academic leadership of the Institution do here by give performance assurance to all stakeholders viz, parents, students, employers and community our commitment and dedication to build into our policy of continual quality improvement by establishing and implementing mechanisms and modalities for ensuring accountability at all levels, transparency in procedures and access to information.

QUALITY ASSURANCE CELL

The Quality Assurance Cell was established by the College on 1st February 2015 being with the primary objective of quality enhancement, sustenance and innovation. Since quality enhancement is a continuous process, the prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of institution. It has made all towards promoting its holistic academic excellence.

Functions of the IQAC are:

  • Development and application of quality parameters for various academic and administrative activities of the college;
  • Facilitating the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and faculty training to adopt the required knowledge and technology for participatory teaching and learning process;
  • Arrangement for feedback response from students, peers, alumni, parents, patients and other stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes;
  • Organization of inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars on academic enhancement and social related themes and promotion of quality circles;
  • Documentation of the various programmes/activities; Development and maintenance of institutional database for the purpose of maintaining /enhancing the institutional quality;
  • Acting as a nodal agency of the Institution for coordinating quality-related activities, including adoption and dissemination of best practices;
  • Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per guidelines and parameters of NAAC, to be submitted to NAAC.
