Academic meetings play a very important role in the functioning of the college. There are regular meetings to take policy decisions on the curriculum, teaching and learning methodology and evaluation. The meetings are 1. Academic council meetings 2. Staff meetings 3. Curriculum development meetings 4. Governing council meetings The college has a participative management with all the stake holders having a say in the management. Every department have departmental meetings every month, where they decide their academic calander and teaching pattern and schedules and other regular functioning of department and sharing the responsibilities. They also discuss curriculum and exam patterns and evaluation and these suggestions are conveyed to the Principal and Academic council by the HOD’s when they meet 4 to 5 times per year. The result of the discussions are conveyed to the management and policy decisions formulated by the Head of the Institution. Governing council with external members provides guidance and advise to improve the standard of the institution. The students, parents, patients feedback help the institutional management to rectify the mistakes and make the institution a conducive place for education and treatment.
